Worked on the wireframing and interface design for a workforce management platform created for Brass Facilities, focusing on both desktop admin dashboards and mobile worker flows. The project involved designing intuitive interfaces for job management, worker scheduling, client and site management, as well as mobile job tracking and checklist workflows.
Throughout the project, I developed responsive wireframes for both standard and OCASA-specific job flows, incorporating dynamic checklist systems, photo upload requirements, geofencing/location inputs, and worker clock in/out functionality. The work required balancing usability with operational requirements, ensuring the system remained clear and efficient for both administrators and on-site workers.
I collaborated closely with the client, adapting layouts and workflows based on ongoing feedback and evolving project requirements. This experience strengthened my understanding of UX thinking, workflow mapping, responsive interface design, and creating structured systems within a clean and user-friendly visual framework.
