Wintech Facade Engineering is a specialist facade engineering consultancy working across complex construction and architectural projects. As part of a live university brief, I worked directly with the company to develop a refreshed visual identity that better reflected their professional expertise and modern approach within the built environment sector.
The project began with research into the company's existing brand, industry competitors and target audience to understand how the business could strengthen its visual presence whilst maintaining credibility within a technical and professional market. Through concept development and iterative design, I explored a range of logo and identity directions before refining a final solution that balanced clarity, professionalism and contemporary design.
Alongside the identity refresh, I developed a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to support consistent implementation across future communications. The guidelines covered logo application, colour palette, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy and examples of how the brand could be applied across digital and printed materials.
Working directly with Wintech's marketing team throughout the project strengthened my ability to present design rationale, respond to feedback and adapt creative solutions to meet client requirements. The experience provided valuable insight into professional branding processes and reinforced the importance of creating scalable, practical brand systems that can be used consistently across multiple touch points.
